Welcome to the on-line home of RBUD, a reality-based self defence club in Chester, UK.

RBUD's main goal is for you to avoid a violent situation entirely, but when avoidance isn't an option, we believe you have to hit First, Fast, and Ferociously.

SELF-DEFENCE ALL-DAY SURGERY

COMING SOON!

One Sunday in August, RBUD Chief Instructor will be holding a self-defence surgery in Grosvenor Park, Chester, to answer any all questions about self-defence.

Anyone is welcome, and the event is free.

Just pop-along at any time at all, there is no need to book ahead, and ask your question and take part in a RBUD self-defence lesson catered just to you.

Our Chief Instructor is certified through the British Combat Association in the Real Combat System of self-defence.

Hatton Academy

Our Chief Instructor is a Hatton Academy certified instructor in Boxing for Fitness.

BMAABA

Our Chief Instructor is a verified self-defence instructor and member of the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association.
